Refund Policy

30 minutes of time after the official tour start time are given for cruisers to establish contact and meet their guide. If cruisers have failed to arrive and/or failed to establish contact with their guides  prior to the start time or within 30 minutes afterwards, the guide will leave and no refund will be issued.

If cruiser arrives on time and the guide does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time for whatever reason the owner will reach out and assign another guide or issue an appropriate refund.
